1. Kenaikan atau keuntungannya setiap tahun adalah tinggi berbanding pelaburan lain seperti ASB (7% - 8%), Mutual Fund (7% - 15% varies) atau yang seumpamanya. Tetapi keuntungan (kenaikan) EMAS ialah diantara 27% - 45% setahun.

2. Tiada Tempoh Matang untuk pelaburan EMAS, bila-bila masa yang dirasakan sesuai itulah tempoh matangnya :)

3. Tidak memerlukan cara yang sukar untuk menguruskan - BELI dan SIMPAN (di rumah atau bank).

4. Tidak perlu orang tengah.

5. Emas boleh dipajak bila-bila masa jika ada kesuntukan atau keperluan dan masih lagi menjadi milik anda bila ditebus.

Simpanan di bank lebih selamat berbanding di rumah. Simpanan bank dalam bentuk nilai matawang hanya memberikan pulangan yang sedikit bagi penyimpan, tetapi jika menyimpan dalam bentuk EMAS, pulangan tahunan amat tinggi berbanding simpanan dalam bentuk matawang.

okay back to the topic of investment. nowadays there are a lot kind of investment we can choose; savings, trust fund, fixed deposit, invest with friend's or other's business, build up own business, property & real estate and many more... Tapi apa yang nak saya kongsikan ialah pelaburan EMAS dan PERAK yang jelas terzahir Al-Quran dan Hadith keutuhannya. Sehinggakan orang bukan Islam juga berlumba-lumba memiliki emas.
